After one contest was postponed and another rained out, Kemper Academy’s baseball team is scheduled to return to action this week.

The Rams, who are 1-1 so far on the season under new head coach Tony Cawthorn, were slated to take on Scott County on Tuesday and will travel to Winston Academy in Louisville Saturday night in this week’s action.

Next week, KA is set to visit Columbus Christian on Monday (March 20), go to Lamar School on Thursday (March 23) and host New Summit on Friday (March 24).

Last week, the Rams were rained out in a home game against Lamar on Tuesday and then had their Friday contest at New Summit called off. Cawthorn said he hopes to make up both contests if dates are available later.
