Kemper Academy’s first district game was postponed because of the weather last Friday night in prep basketball action.

The Rams were to have traveled to Columbus Christian. That game has been postponed, tentatively, until early February.

Kemper Academy has three basketball dates set for this week, weather permitting. Their game  at Wayne Academy on Tuesday night. Then they enter district play as they visit Hebron on Thursday and host Calhoun on Friday. Other district games are as follows:

Jan. 26 – Hebron

Jan. 30 – Columbus

Feb 1 – tentative date for makeup at Columbus

Feb. 2 – at Calhoun

The Ram teams each played one game last week with Starkville Academy. The Kemper Academy girls lost a 58-23 decision. Libba Dudley led with eight points. The Rams lost a 74-14 decision to the Volunteers. Brody Thomas led with four points.
