The Kemper Academy Rams picked up a big victory Friday night as they rolled over Christian Colliegent 66-34 in eight-man football.

“The score was 28-28 at the half,” said Coach Pete McCleskey. “We got rolling in the second half and played well.”

Garron Dickson led the Rams with 197 yards and three touchdowns. River Keaton had 227 yards.

Quarterback Matthew Cordar threw for 64 yards and three touchdowns.

Landon Stapleton had 59 yards and three touchdowns. On defense, Stapleton had six tackles. Brody Thomas had five tackles and forced a fumble.

The Rams are 3-5 and are very much in the playoff mix. There are two games remaining on the schedule as Kemper Academy visits Ben Ford on Friday and closes out at home against Deer Creek.
